Fun week, spent time with my grandchildren. Authorama at the Salem Library was fun and productive.

  2. Wonderful time at the Authorama with other two Angels. Serious discussion with Chris Young about marketing. Hate it but it is the necessary evil to writing full time. Will try to put up a schedule I know I’ll keep and move forward. More books to come!

My reading and book talk at independent book store Before Your Quiet Eyes went beautifully yesterday. There was a good audience with lots of intriguing questions, and I believe the store owner sold out of the copies he ordered. He told me he was putting in another order. Worth the short drive to Rochester, NY. Much more on the agenda: A reading/signing scheduled for December 16 at Sinfully Sweet Café in Homer, NY. Reading being scheduled for Buffalo Street Books in Ithaca, NY for February. A reading scheduled at historical society outside of Skaneateles, NY. More readings in the works. I’ve had lots of inquiries about my publisher, so Rogue Phoenix Press may be getting more requests as well as business.

Really enjoyed the Authorama at the library yesterday! I started some different online marketing steps a couple weeks that threatened to be overwhelming, but are now forming into habits so don’t take as much time–thank goodness! Have also narrowed the focus of my current work in progress and am feeling much more comfortable with this process. It’s book 2 of a series, so I don’t have to solve everything in this book, and I have lots of ideas for future books!

First time posting. I’m currently writing the prequel to my first book that’s being released in March. I’ve had some good response from those who have read the rough draft and am looking at a possible screen play!
