What is an Instagram Challenge?

An Instagram Challenge is when you challenge your followers to post certain things on Instagram.

Why an Instagram Challenge:

1. Instagram is a favorite social media platform. This will help build your presence on Instagram and give people a reason to interact with you.
2. The challenge should gain you more followers.
3. Builds trust when your followers have a positive experience.
4. It’s fun even though there is a daily commitment to post a themed photo

Let’s Get Started:

All of Rouge Phoenix authors, editors, cover artists and proofreaders are invited.

Set up an Instagram account if you don’t already have one. Make sure to get the app on your phone. Refer to the earlier post for help in setting up an account.

Follow Rogue Phoenix Press Instagram. How do you do this? See below.

Once you have an Instagram account

Post a picture on Instagram  that fits the prompt of the day.

Include the hash tag #RPPLovesBooks in your post.

I will give you a new prompt each day. The first prompt is “summer reading” starting tomorrow, July 12th.

The challenge will last two weeks and I will send the prompt through RPP mail.

Interact with the participants by liking and commenting.

I hope a lot of you will join in this fun and interesting project and will look forward to seeing what is posted each day. The prompts are meant to be open ended so everyone will be able to use their imagination to post something creative. Please feel free to use photos of your books when posting.

Put these prompts on your calendar so you won’t forget to post.

Once you have an Instagram account, all you have to do to follow RPP Instagram is click on the Rogue Phoenix Press Instagram link below. When you click on it you will see a follow button. Click on the follow button and you will be set for the challenge.
